I had the privilege of covering my nephew Jayden's 8th birthday party, and honestly, I think I had more fun than the kids! It was so heartwarming to see the kids getting competitive, giving their all, and the parents cheering them on, joining in on the excitement. If I were Jayden's friend looking back on that day, I'd always remember it as a highlight — and if a 29-year-old had that much fun, just imagine how incredible it must have been for an 8-year-old! The energy, the laughs, and the pure joy made this celebration one for the books!
